Description

Overview

Fluorescent polystyrene microspheres are monodisperse polystyrene microspheres containing high-brightness fluorescent dyes. The fluorescent dyes are embedded in the microspheres, which can effectively prevent fluorescence quenching and reduce the influence of environmental factors on the fluorescence intensity. The surface maintains the original functional groups, which will not affect the immunoassay and detection. This range of particle emission wavelengths covers the entire visible light range from 460 nm to 750 nm (excitation wavelengths are typically 30 – 40 nm lower than emission wavelengths). Fluorescent polystyrene microspheres can be widely used in lateral chromatography, phagocytosis studies, pore size determination, biochips, microfluidics and other scientific research fields. The emission spectrum of fluorescent microspheres is named according to the color band of the corresponding fluorescence emission peak wavelength:

● Blue fluorescence · FB (430/460nm)

● Green fluorescence · FG (495/515nm)

● Yellow fluorescence · FY (540/560nm)

● Orange-red fluorescence · FO (560/605nm)

● Red fluorescence · FR (625/640nm)

● Deep red fluorescence FD (660/680nm)

● Near-infrared fluorescence FI (725/740nm)
