Introduction
ECALBIO® Anti-Flag beads are coupled to Anti-Flag (DYKDDDDK) antibodies that have been rigorously screened, optimized, and recombinant expressed to ensure that IP is free of light and heavy chain contamination of antibodies.
ECALBIO® Anti-Flag Magnetic Beads is used to immunoprecipitate 1x and 3xDYKDDDDK-tagged fusion proteins from cell extracts of various organisms like mammals, plants, bacteria, yeast, insects etc.
