Introduction
The ECL chemiluminescence detection reagentis a new-generation chemiluminescent substrate based on Luminol.
It catalyzes a chemical reaction by horseradish peroxidase(HRP), emitting fluorescence . The results can be visualized through X-ray film pressing and other developing techniques or detected using a Lumino meter. Solution A primarily consists of Luminol and a specially formulated luminescence enhancer. Solution B is mainly composed of H2O2 and a special stabilizer.
