Staphylococcal enterotoxin（SE） ELISA Test Kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative analysis of total Staphylococcal enterotoxins in food sample or human serum.

Staphylococcal enterotoxin（SE）ELISA Test Kit is based on the Double Antibody Sandwich-Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (DAS-ELISA). The microwells are pre-coated with antibodies specific to the Staphylococcal enterotoxin.
