1. Principle

This test kit is based on the competitive enzymeimmunoassay for the detection of penbutolol in the pork, liver, urine. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The penbutolol inthe sample and the coupling antigens pre-coated on the micro-well stripescompete for the anti-penbutolol antibodies. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMBsubstrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the samplehas a negative correlation with the penbutolol in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the penbutolol residues issubsequently obtained.
