Test Principle
This kit is based on the principle of fluorescent PCR technology, designed specific primers and Taqman probes for the detection of pathogens of urethra and vagina ,as well as antibiotic resistance genes. Specific primers & probes are designed to detect the highly specific regions of these genes. A pair of primers and a probe are included to detect endogenous human genes as an internal control to monitor the entire testing process.
