Test Principle
This kit is based on the principle of fluorescent PCR technology, for the detection of Streptococcus hemolytic, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus saprophyticus. Specific primers & probes are designed to detect the highly specific regions of the pathogens. A pair of primers and a probe for detecting endogenous human genes are included as an internal control to monitor the whole test process and control for inhibition. The specific probes of the pathogens are labeled with FAM or VIC, and the specific probe of the human gene is labeled with Cy5.

Cellulitis is a common inflammatory skin disorder, usually attributed to infection with Streptococcus hemolytic, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus saprophyticus. This kit is used for the detection of Cellulitis Pathogens nucleic acid and assisted diagnosis and epidemiological surveillance of cellulitis pathogens.
