Specificity
By ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with Mouse IgG.
Has cross-reactivity in ELISA with Mouse IgG1, Mouse IgG2a, Mouse IgG2b, Mouse IgG3, Mouse IgM.
May has cross-reactivity with the immunoglobulins of other species.
Has cross-reactivity with rat IgG (>10%), human IgG (5.1%), rabbit IgG (2.9%), guinea pig IgG (2.7%).
Minimal cross-reactivity with bovine IgG, horse IgG.
Applications
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions, optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Storage & Stability
Protected from prolonged exposure to light. Store at +4℃ short term (1-2 weeks) (Preservative is recommended to avoid contamination). Upon delivery aliquot. Store at -20℃ to -80℃ for twelve months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
