Summary

The kit is based on DNA adsorption columns and a new unique buffer system that is suitable for rapid and simple extraction of genomic DNA from plant samples containing phenols, polysaccharides and enzyme inhibitors. The DNA purification of one or more 1g fresh or 200mg dried plant samples can be completed wihtin 1 hour. The purification process doesn’t use toxic phenol chloroform and other organic extraction, nor does it need to use time-consuming isopropyl alcohol or ethanol precipitation, and can quickly and efficiently remove polysaccharide.

The purified DNA can be directly used in PCR, enzyme digestion and hybridization experiments.
