Summary
The unique binding solution/protease K rapidly lysates cells and inactivates intracellular nucleases, and the DNA is selectively adsorbed to the silicon matrix membrane of spin column in a state of high dissequencing salt, removing cell metabolites, proteins and other impurities through rapid rinse-centrifugation steps, inhibitor removal solution and bleaching solution. Finally, a low-salt washing buffer elutes the pure DNA from silicon substrate membrane.
Features
- Don’t use phenol and toxic reagents, don’t need ethanol precipitation in whole process.
- Fast and simple, a single sample is extracted within 20 minutes.
- Multiple column rintions ensure high purity. 3-12µg of whole blood can be extracted with a typical output of 200µL. The typical ratio of OD260/OD280 can reach 1.7-1.9, and the length can reach 30kb-50kb, which can be directly used for PCR, Southern blot and various enzyme digestion reactions.
- The red blood cell lysate formula is selected from more than a dozen formulas, which can be split quickly and completely.
- 3-12µg DNA can be extracted from the typical 200µL whole blood.
