This kitenables the direct labeling of antibodies, proteins, peptides or other moleculechemicalsfor use inR&Dapplications, drug discovery and the development of diagnostic kits.
1. Purify antibody or protein and dialysis out sodium azide，amino acid，Tris and EDTA materials, using Membrane Tubing with 0.01M
CB, pH=9.6 /0.01M PBS,pH=7.1-7.4 finally keep antibody or protein concentration is 2mg/mL.
2. Take out kit to return to room temperature(20-25℃), shake the solution properly for use.
3. Take 2500μL antibody or protein, add into Activated HRP tube, shake properly .
4.Add 400μL Labeling Buffer , shake properly to avoid to producing bubble, incubate at 25 ℃ for 2-3h in the dark.
5. Add 1mL deionized water into Stop Buffer Powder, shake properly, keep 1h at roomtemperature(20-25℃).
6. Take 250uL diluted Stop Buffer , add to antibody or protein solution.
7. Add same volume of Labeled Product Buffer, shake properly .
8. Store solution at -20℃, or store more than 3 years through dialysising using with 0.067M PBS, pH=7.0.
