Sheep-derived ingredient qPCR test kit

This kit uses a pair of conserved region-specific primers of sheep genes, with FQ-buffer, heat-resistant DNA polymerase (Taqase), four nucleotide monomers (dNTPs) and other components, and amplification in vitro by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-probe method to achieve rapid detection.
