Description
Recombinant bovine enterokinase is a highly purified bovine enterokinase light chain. Like natural bovine enterokinase, recombinant bovine enterokinase can specifically recognize the DDDDK amino acid sequence in the protein sequence and cut at the C-terminal. Recombinant bovine enterokinase has higher activity compared with natural bovine enterokinase.
The characteristics Recombinant enterokinase is high activity, high specificity, and no excess amino acid in the N terminal after cutting the target protein, and is often used in the label removal of recombinant fusion protein. This product has better activity in the condition of 4-37℃ with pH5-9.
