Description

1. Principle

This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Benzopyrene in the rapeseed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, blended oil, etc. The coupling antigens are pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The Benzopyrene in the sample and the coupling antigens pre-coated on the micro-well stripes compete for the anti-Gen antibodies. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the TMB substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the sample has a negative correlation with Benzopyrene concentration in the sample. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding Benzopyrene is subsequently obtained.

Using Benzopyrene SPE Column Kit for Sample Pretreatment.

Benzopyrene SPE Column is used to extract Benzopyrene from the samples in ELISA analysis.

Materials required but not provided

(1) Micropipettors: single-channel 20-200 µL, 100-1000µL,500-5000µL, and multi-channel 250µL.

(4) 2mL glass sample bottle or 5mL round bottom glass test tube (disposable)

Note

(1) Plastic tools have adsorption of benzo (a) pyrene and accelerate with increasing temperature, avoid using plastic products except pipette.

(2) The use of air drying, especially note pressure pump pressurization interference of the environment or volatile oil materials entering in the pump.

(3) The reagent is corrosive, touching the skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water.

Solution preparation

Take 1 Buffer A+1 Buffer B, shake properly.

Store 2-8 ℃ for two weeks.
