Introduction

Chemiluminescent substrate is a highly sensitive single-component reagent for the quantitative detection of Alkaline Phosphatase bound to a solid phase or in free solution. This reagent provides detection sensitivities superior to that of precipitating chromogenic substrates. Low picogram levels of detection can be achieved using either X-ray film or imaging equipment.
